摘  要:分别采用浸渍法、沉积沉淀法、固定化凝胶法制备了系列Au/C催化剂,考察了催化剂对乙二醛液相氧化制乙醛酸的催化性能,并运用BET、XRD、XPS等手段对催化剂进行了表征。结果表明,固定化凝胶法制备的金催化剂表现出较好的催化活性,在反应温度为50℃的条件下,以空气为氧化剂,催化氧化乙二醛制备乙醛酸时,乙二醛转化率为23.9%,乙醛酸的选择性达41.5%,表明该反应能在温和的、环境友好条件下进行,但催化剂重复使用后活性有一定的下降。In this work, a series of gold catalysts were pre-pared by impregnation method, deposition-precipitation meth-od and immobilization gel method, respectively. The catalytic performance for the oxidation of glyoxal to glyoxalic acid has been investigated. Furthermore, these catalysts were character-ized by BET,XRD and XPS. The resuhs show that gold cata-lysts from immobilization gel method exhibit higher activity than catalysts from impregnation and deposition-precipitation method. At the reaction temperature of 50 ℃, the conversion of glyoxal is 23.9% and the selectivity of glyoxylic acid could attain 41.5% with the oxygen as the oxidant. It is significant for this reaction can be carried out at environment friendly conditions. However,the decrease of activity after several re-cycle use was also noticed.
