摘 要:将超声波用于浸没式中空纤维膜反应器的在线清洗,考察了超声波参数和操作条件对清洗效果的影响。结果表明,超声功率352 W、频率40 kHz时,最佳超声时间为10 min,最佳清洗距离为5 cm。膜表面SEM照片显示,超声距离过近和超超声时间过长会对膜自身结构造成破坏。在以上条件下,试验采取曝气强度0.6 m3/(m2.h)的超声-曝气组合清洗方式取得了最理想的清洗效果,膜通量恢复率可达74.24%。而曝气强度不宜过大,否则清洗效果明显下降。Online ultrasonic cleaning was used for submerged hollow fiber membrane bioreactor.The impacts of ultrasonic test parameters and operating conditions on cleaning effect were investigated.Results indicate that the optimum time of ultrasonic cleaning is 10 minutes and the best distance between membrane and ultrasound source is 5 cm when the ultrasonic power is 352 W,the ultrasonic frequency is 40 kHz.The membrane surface SEM photos show that when the distance is too small and the time is too long,the structure of membrane is prone to be destroyed in the cleaning process.In the above conditions,the mode combined aeration with ultrasound get the best cleaning effect at the best aeration intensity of 0.6 m3/(m2.h).The flux recovery rate can reach to 74.24%.The aeration intensity should not be too big,otherwise cleaning effect decreases obviously.
