无纺布生物浮反应器处理生活污水研究

摘　　要：为了进一步开发无纺布材料在污水处理领域的应用,利用福建泉州某厂生产的无纺布为填料,辅以植物浮床构建无纺布植物浮反应器,采用间歇进水方式,控制水力负荷为1 m3/(m2.d),进行了为期一年的试验研究,考察了该反应器中无纺布的自然挂膜及反应器对分散生活污水进行处理能力,并对是否悬挂无纺布生物膜填料的2个反应器处理效果进行了对比分析。结果表明,无纺布植物反应器中无纺布在自然条件下经过34 d挂膜成功,处理器对生活污水pH变化具有较强的缓冲能力,CODMn、NH3-N去除率最高分别达83%和78%。对比试验表明,悬挂无纺布生物膜填料的反应器(H型)处理能力明显优于没有悬挂的反应器(N型),对CODMn和NH3-N去除率H型较N型反应器提高了18%和12%。该无纺布可作为生物膜填料强化植物浮床预处理应用于生活污水净化处理中。A pilot scale non-woven fabric floated-bed reactor（NWFFR） was constructed to promote application fields of non-woven materials in wastewater treatment.The non-woven fabric was made in Quan Zhou and the plants were Trifolium repens L.The natural formation of bio-film on fabric and purification ability of the reactor was studied for one year.The results showed that the bio-film formed naturally and went into the stable phase after 34 days when HL（hydraulic loading） was 1 m3/（m2.d） by intermittent operation.The reactor has strong buffering capacity for sewage pH value and strong purification ability on pollutants in domestic sewage.The removal rate of CODMnand NH3-N are as high as 83% and 78%,respectively.Contrast experiment showed that non-woven fabrics enhanced the purification ability.H-reactor compared with N-one,the removal rate of CODMnand NH3-N increased by 18% and 12%,respectively.Non-woven fabrics can be used as a membrane reactor packing of floating bed reactor pretreatment for sewage treatment.
