机械蒸汽压缩技术在马莲河苦咸水淡化中试项目中的应用

摘　　要：采用机械蒸汽压缩(MVC)技术处理反渗透苦咸水淡化工艺产生的浓水。运行结果表明,MVC技术可有效浓缩反渗透产生的浓水,蒸馏水回收率介于66.4%～89.1%之间。蒸馏水中溶解性总固体浓度显著优于GB5749-2006和CJ94-2005的相应标准值。可以有效解决反渗透浓水问题,增加系统的总产水量,并进一步提高综合产水的品质。Mechanical vapor compression（MVC） was adopted for treatment of saline from reverse osmosis.The operation results show that MVC can effectively concentrate saline from reverse osmosis,and the distilled water recovery can reach 66.4%～89.1%.The concentration of total dissolved solid in distilled water is much better than the indicator stipulated by standards for drinking water quality（GB 5749-2006） and water qualitystandards for fine drinking water（CJ 94-2005）.Besides of reverse osmosis saline treatment,MVC can also increase the total water production of the pilot project,and further promote the water quality.
