摘　　要：目的 :研究第Ⅱ指蹼分叶岛状皮瓣的血供 ,为临床应用提供解剖学资料。方法 :解剖 60例成人手的血管标本 ,进行肉眼观测。结果 :第Ⅰ掌背动脉供应食指背面桡侧皮肤 ,第Ⅱ掌背动脉供应食指尺侧及中指桡侧皮肤 ,两动脉的分支在食指背侧吻合成网。结论 :第Ⅱ指蹼分叶岛状皮瓣由第Ⅰ、Ⅱ掌背动脉供应 ;带第Ⅰ或第Ⅱ掌背动脉血管蒂的分叶岛状皮瓣修复拇指成活率高 ,达 90 .9%。Objective:The vascularities of bi lobed island flap of the second web were studied to provide relevant anatomic data for clinical application of the flap.Methods:60 examples of adult hands were dissected and observed. Results:The vascularities of bi lobed island flap of the second web were from the first and second dorsal metacarpal arteries.The vascularity of dorsal radial skin of the forefinger was from the first dorsal metacarpal artery.The second dorsal metacarpal artery made vascularities to ulnar skin of the forefinger and radial skin of the middle finger.Branches of the two arteries connected into a net at the back of the forefinger.Conclusion:The vascularities of bi lobed island flap of the second web are from the first and second dorsal metacarpal arteries.The flap proves effective in repairing injured thumbs,and the survival rate of the flap come to 90.9% .
