摘  要:采用相同的陶瓷骨料、喷涂工艺,不同的骨料预处理方法(机械研磨法和球磨团聚法)制备陶瓷涂层,通过对涂层结构、EDS分析、显微硬度测试及耐磨性测试比较预处理方式对涂层性能影响。试验结果显示,采用机械研磨法制备的陶瓷涂层的致密性、结合强度、显微硬度均不如球磨团聚法涂层,耐磨性也比后者差。球磨团聚更适用于陶瓷骨料的制备。Influence of pretreatment methods on wear resistance of ceramic coatings was investigated with the same aggregates and processing parameters but different pretreatment methods—mechanical lapping and ball-milling.Experiments such as morphology observation,EDS analysis,microhardness test and wear resistance test were carried out on the ceramic coatings.The results show that the compactness,bond strength,microhardness and wear resistance of the ceramic coating prepared by mechanical lapping are inferior to those of which prepared by ball-milling.The ball-milling method is more suitable for pretreatment of the ceramic coating.
