摘  要:采用冷径向锻造制备出30CrNi2MoVA钢厚壁管件。研究了冷径向锻造对30CrNi2MoVA钢厚壁管件的组织和性能的影响。结果表明:冷径向锻造后组织未发生变化,依然为均匀回火索氏体;管件表层组织细化,表层硬度略有提高;管件径向和纵向抗拉强度变化不明显;表面粗糙度Ra达到0.28~0.43μm。30CrNi2MoVA steel thick-walled tubes were prepared by cold radial forging.The effects of cold radial forging on microstructure and properties of the 30CrNi2MoVA steel thick-walled tubes were investigated.The results indicate that the microstructure is not been changed,it still is homogenous tempered sorbite.The microstructure in superficial region is finer and the hardness is improved appreciably.The mechanical properties in radial and longitudinal directions are not changed significantly.The surface roughness Ra is 0.28-0.43 μm.
