摘  要:用Gleeble-3500型热模拟试验机研究了线材轧制工艺参数对中碳钒微合金钢线材组织和性能影响。结果表明,较低的变形温度对晶粒的细化效果较为明显。变形温度和吐丝温度对铁素体量和硬度影响较小,而集卷温度和冷却速度对铁素体量和硬度影响较大。随吐丝温度、集卷温度和冷却速度的升高,铁素体量增加,硬度降低。随变形温度增加,铁素体量降低,而硬度也降低,其原因是组织粗化。在此基础上建立了工艺参数与铁素体量和硬度的经验关系。The influence of wire rod rolling process on microstructure and property of a V-bearing medium carbon steel has been studied by the simulation on a Gleeble-3500 thermo-mechanical simulator.The results show the grain size decreases remarkably with the decrease of the deformation temperature.The deformation temperature and spinning temperature have a little effect on the amount of ferrite and hardness;however,the volume temperature and cooling rate have a great effect on the amount of ferrite and hardness.With the increase of spinning temperature,volume temperature and cooling rate,the amount of ferrite increase and hardness decrease.However,with the increase of deformation temperature,the amount of ferrite and hardness decreased because of coarsened microstructure.Based on the results,a relationship between processing parameters and amount of ferrite and hardness was established.
