创伤性膈疝误诊漏诊原因分析(附8例报告)

摘　　要：目的 :探讨创伤性膈疝误诊漏诊的原因。方法 :回顾性分析 1 976～ 1 996年 8例创伤性膈疝并结合有关文献进行探讨。结果 :全组患者术前确诊 5例 ,术前未明确膈肌破裂 ,因其它原因手术而确诊 3例。结论Objective:To study the reasons for the traumatic diaphragmatic hernia was missed to be diagnosed and misdiagnosed.Methods:8 cases of traumatic diaphragmatic hernia collected from 1976 to 1996 were investigated retrospectively and the relevant reference papers were also reviewed.Results:5 of the 8 cases were confirmedly diagnosed before operations.The other 3 cases,whose ruptures of diaphragms were missed before operations,were confirmedly diagnosed in the courses of operations.Conclusion:The diagnosis of traumatic diaphragmatic hernia mainly depends on the clinical dynamic observations and specific manifestations of x-ray.
