摘　　要：本文以薄膜晶体管液晶显示器(TFT-LCD)产业的演变历程为基础,利用历史友好模型分析了战略性新兴产业的技术创新与技术学习、市场需求增长与波动对生产组织形式变化的影响。研究表明:(1)当市场需求保持线性增长时,决定主导性生产组织形式是否会从垂直一体化转向专业化的关键因素是处于领先地位的垂直一体化企业的持续创新能力;(2)当市场需求以周期性波动的方式增长时,处于追赶位置的专业化企业的技术学习能力是推动主导性生产组织形式转变的决定性因素;(3)在市场需求增速出现周期性波动的条件下,如果产业领先者的技术创新能力与追赶者的技术学习能力之间的相对差距保持不变,那么产业景气周期从谷底向平稳趋势位置恢复的阶段是后者赶超前者的最佳时间窗口。因此,支持战略性新兴产业发展的政策设计要充分考虑发挥市场需求环境、国内企业的技术创新和技术学习能力等因素的作用。Since the conception of strategic emerging industry （SEI） has been put forward, the theoretical cir- cles have made a thorough study on SEI from the points of view of concept definition, characteristic description, de- velopmental strategy and policy evaluation. However, the production organization forms of SEI have not gotten atten- tion that it deserved to in existing literatures. SEI obviously differs from other industries in technology maturity, com- petitive environment and so on, therefore the analysis on evolution and influencing factors of production organization forms is likely to draw some new conclusions. Taking the thin film transistor liquid crystal display （TFT-LCD） industry for example, this paper analyzes the effects of technological innovation and learning, growth and fluctuation of market demand on production organization forms in SEI by using history-friendly model. The research shows that the promoting factors of production organiza- tion forms changes in SEI vary a lot in different market environments; and the opportunities for specialized produc- tion enterprises＇ success in catching up are greatly different in different stages of industry business cycle. Concretely speaking, （i） when the market demand keeps linear growth, the continuous technological innovation ability of verti- cally integrated enterprises in a leading position is a key factor to determine whether the dominant production organ- ization forms will transform from vertical integration into specialization; （ii） when the market demand grows with cyclical fluctuation, the technological learning ability of specialized enterprises in a leading position is a key factor to determine whether the dominant production organization forms will transform from vertical integration into specializa- tion ; （iii） in the condition that growth of market demand shows cyclical fluctuations, if the relative gap between the technological innovation ability of vertically integrated enterprises and the technological learning cap
