摘　　要：从公共交流是图书馆的基本属性出发,回顾了图书馆学历史上的三种交流论,并从波普尔定义的"客观知识"原意出发,梳理了客观知识交流、公开知识交流、公共知识交流和私域知识交流之间的关系,并着重分析了公共交流的特性。From the public communication is the basic properties of the library, the article reviews three exchange theories in the history of the library science, and from Popper＇s definition of ＂objective knowledge＂ intended departure, combing the relationships among the exchange of knowledge objective , open exchange of knowledge, public knowledge exchange and the private domain, and focus on analysis of the characteristics of public communication.
