摘　　要：通过网站调查的方法,搜集发布在美国图书馆协会和图书馆杂志网站上的公共图书馆招聘信息,并按照地区分布、职位类型、招聘要求等要素对招聘信息进行分析,归纳美国公共图书馆对人才需求的特征。By the way of site surveying, this paper collects and analyzes recruitment information of public library published in American public library website according to the features of region distributions, position types and job requirements, and concludes the characteristics of talent needs to American public library.
