摘　　要：发达国家通过政府推动、标准制定、国家图书馆的示范项目等建立了完善的政府信息公开体系。我国的公共图书馆也开始尝试与其他机构进行合作并建立了业界首个政府信息整合服务平台。发达国家的共建共享模式为我国图书馆界深化合作、提升服务质量提供了经验与借鉴。Foreign developed countries have established perfect govenment public systems by government promotion, standards making and demonstration projects of their national libraries. Chinese public libraries have also begun to cooperate with other agencies and constructed the first government information integration service platform. The developed countries＇ experience is quite useful for us.
