摘  要:针对目前医学院校大学生存在不同程度的空虚、焦虑、抑郁等心理问题,且课程任务繁重,而人文社会科学类课程设置比例偏低,医学生人文素质相对薄弱的情况,阐述了引导学生阅读有关人文和社会科学图书的必要性。文章以海南医学院为例,通过深度导读和学生的深度阅读形式实施阅读疗法,收效明显。At present, many medical college students have suffered from various degrees of emptiness, anxiety, depression and other psychological problems. As for medical students, who usually take much more courses, they have to work even harder. The ratio of humanities and social sciences in their curriculum, therefore, is comparatively low, which causes their humanity - based qualities relatively weak. This article expands the necessary to guide them to read books on social science and humanities. It is very positively of result, taking Hainan Medical College for example.
