摘 要:为指导内陆核电项目选址与建设、促进内陆核电的合理布局、保障内陆核电建设与运行期的水资源安全,从取水水源条件、退水受纳水域条件及水资源安全影响三方面提出了内陆核电选址阶段水资源条件评估技术要点,并提出水资源约束条件作为备选厂址比选的重要指标。应用结果表明,该技术要点行之有效,可为核电厂选址阶段排除水资源颠覆性因素提供技术依据。In order to instruct siting and construction of inland nuclear power projects, promote the rational distribution of inland nuclear power, and protect the inland nuclear power plant construction and the water safety of operation, the technical evaluation outlines of water source condition in the siting period of inland nuclear power plants are proposed from aspects of water supply condition, hydrological condition of waters into which low-level radioactive wastewater dis- charges and water resources safety. And then this paper puts forward that the water resource constraints can be taken as an important criterion for siting comparison of inland nuclear power plants. Application results show that the technical e- valuation outlines is effective, which can provide technical reference for eliminating subversive factors of water resources during the siting period of inland nuclear power plants.
