摘 要:针对输电塔装配误差引起的装配应力对输电塔承载力影响的问题,构建了输电塔桁梁混合有限元模型对装配应力进行计算及模拟,并施加外荷载计算分析存在装配应力时输电塔的极限承载力。计算结果表明,在90°大风工况下,单根杆件存在尺寸误差时对输电塔承载力影响较小,误差不宜超出杆长的1‰;多根杆件存在尺寸误差时,塔腿部位的误差杆件对承载力影响最大,极限承载力比正常情况低14.2%。In order to study the influence of assembly stress caused by the errors of transmission tower assembly on the carrying capacity, the mixed finite element model of transmission tower longeron is established to simulate assembly stress. The ultimate carrying capacity of transmission tower with the assembly stress is calculated under the action of load. The results show that under the conditions of 90~ wind, the influence of carrying capacity is little when there is only one pole existing size error in the transmission towers and the size error should smaller than 1%0 of the pole's length; when there are a number of poles which located at the tower leg existing size error will produce great impact on the ultimate carrying capacity of the transmission towers and it is less 14.2% than that of the normal situation.
