摘 要:基于链环受力变形后的包络面和中心线,提出两种链轮优化设计方法,给出具体实现流程,针对具体工况对链轮进行优化。结果表明,优化后的链轮在相同载荷条件下最大应变明显减小,最大应变区域位于链窝中心,应变分布趋向均匀化,受力特性明显改善;对两种优化方法进行对比分析,工程应用中建议采用提取链环受力变形后的包络面作为链轮链窝曲面的优化方法;不能循环利用该方法对链轮进行优化,提取优化后模型的分析结果,再次重构链轮链窝,其力学特性不会进一步改善。Based on modifying the envelope surface and centre line of the distorted chain,two methods to optimize the structure of sprocket was proposed followed by the procedure illustrated step by step.The structure of sprocket was optimized based on working conditions,the analysis result show that after optimization,in the same loading condition the maximum strain is decreased greatly and the maximum strain occurs at the center of contact surface between the sprocket and chain.Moreover,the distributions tend to uniformity and mechanical behavior of sprocket is improved greatly.Two methods to optimize were investigated,whereas the method based on the envelope surface of the distorted chain is proposed in engineering applications.The method cannot be used cyclically to optimize the sprocket,after draw out the analysis result of optimized modal and generate the sprocket again.The mechanical behavior will not improved if using the cyclical strategy.
