摘  要:建立了新型点接触抛物线齿轮的加工坐标系统。根据空间啮合原理推导了展成点接触抛物线齿轮的啮合方程与齿面方程,并通过齿面仿真实现了齿面可视化。推导了小齿轮发生根切与齿顶变尖的理论公式,研究了齿轮齿数、压力角、螺旋角以及抛物线系数等参数对抛物线小齿轮极限齿顶高系数与齿根高系数的影响。研究了采用盘形刀具加工抛物线齿轮的方法,并推导了刀具轮廓方程。本文研究为新型高强度抛物线齿轮的设计与加工提供了依据。The coordinate systems for generating a new kind of point contact parabolic gear was established.The meshing equation and surface equation of parabolic gears with point contact was obtained based on space meshing principle.The surface visualization has realized through the simulation of tooth surface.The theory formulas of pinion tooth undercutting and addendum pointing were deduced.The influences of the gear teeth,pressure angle,helix angle and parabolic parameters on pinion limit addendum coefficient and limit dedendum coefficient were studied.A method for machining parabolic gear with disk cutter was studied,and the profile equation of the cutter was obtained.The research provides the basis for designing new high strength parabolic gears.
