螺纹拉脱失效模式与啮合长度关系探究

摘　　要：针对某车型的后桥法兰接头在装配中出现的失效模式问题,通过失效分析及改进措施结果说明啮合长度与螺纹拉脱失效模式的发生有密切关系。首先阐述案例失效模式存在的问题,然后详细论述各种螺纹拉脱失效模式出现的根本原因,最后通过试验进行验证,并对螺纹接头设计时啮合长度的选择进行总结。As the failure mode of flanged joint in a vehicle during assembly for example,with analysis and better resolution,it told us the relationship between thread stripped failure mode and thread engagement length.First,the article explained the failure mode effects of the bolted joint,then analyzed the root cause of thread stripped failure modes.Finally,with the validation test of bolted joint,the article summarized the situation that we should pay attention to thread engagement length during the bolted joints design.
