摘 要:以聚乳酸-羟基乙酸共聚物(PLGA)为囊材,应用数字化微喷射技术,采用内径40 m的喷头制备了阿莫西林-PLGA微囊。用正交试验优化得到的工艺为:PLGA溶液浓度为3%、微喷系统驱动电压80 V、喷射频率10 kHz和搅拌转速750 r/min。所得制品的平均粒径为(60.25±1.08)m,包封率和载药量为62.4%和2.1%,在体外30 d的累积释放率为85.4%。The amoxicillin PLGA microcapsules were prepared by digital micro-jetting technology with a sprinkler with the inner diameter of 40 μm. The optimal preparation obtained by orthogonal test were as follows: PLGA concentration was 3 %, driving voltage was 80 V, jet frequency was 10 kHz and agitator rotational speed was 750 r/min. The particle size, encapsulation efficiency and drug loading of the product were (60.25±1.08)μm, 62.4% and 2.1%, respectively. The in vitro cumulative amount at 30 d was 85.4 %.
