索氏提取浓缩机组在中药浸膏生产中的应用

摘　　要：通过分析中药浸膏生产中常用的热回流法存在的问题,提出并设计集浸提浓缩为一体,具连续循环动态提取功能的索氏提取浓缩机组,详细阐述了索氏提取浓缩机组的工作原理及操作方法。该机组具有浸出与浓缩同步进行、设备利用率高、提取速度快及能耗低等特点。To solve the problems of thermal reflux method in the production of traditional Chinese medicine extract, the Soxhlet units of setting extraction and condensation function were designed and proposed. The working principle and operation method of Soxhlet units were elaborated in this paper. The units had the advantages of leaching with simultaneous enrichment, high equipment utilization, high extraction rate and particularly low energy consumption.
