实现离线操作的自升式平台钻台面改造设计

摘　　要：顶部驱动作业方式可提高钻井效率,但是钻机在进行接单根作业时不能进行钻进作业。为了充分利用钻机,大型的海上平台设置了双井架或一个半井架,但双井架和一个半井架并不适用于井口区域十分有限的传统自升式平台。为此,对自升式平台钻台面进行改造设计。改造设计方案主要包括钻台面外挂小平台设计和自升式平台常用塔形井架前开口改造设计。完成钻台面改造后,在开钻前仅需要准备少量立根置于立根盒内,在钻进的同时,于外挂小平台上完成离线接立根动作,并利用新增滑轨运送至井架内部立根盒内。离线操作功能的实现大大减少了开钻前的准备时间以及钻进过程中的停钻接立根时间,提高了钻井作业效率。The top drive operation mode can improve drilling efficiency, but drilling rig cannot conduct drilling when it is making a connection. To make full use of drilling rig, two derricks or one and a half derricks were in- stalled on the large offshore platform. Due to the fact that two derricks or one and a half derricks are not suitable for the traditional jackup platform with the greatly limited wellhead space, the renovation design of the drill floor of jackup platform was conducted. The renovation scheme mainly includes design of the small external hanging platform for drill floor and transformation of the front opening of pyramid mast frequently used by jackup platform. After com- pletion of drill floor transformation, only a few stands are required and placed in the setback area before drill- ing. Offline connection movement is completed on the small external hanging platform while drilling. The stands are transported into the setback area within the derrick by the newly added slide rail. The achievement of offline opera- tion function remarkably reduces the preparation time before drilling as well as the rig downtime and connection time in the process of drilling, thus improving drilling efficiency.
