扶正磨铣套管整形器的研究与应用

摘　　要：原有的整形修套工具在修套磨铣过程中,容易将套管磨坏造成套管开窗,而液压整形力量又远不够,修套成功率很低。为此,研制了扶正磨铣套管整形器。该工具的关键部件是扩径铣部分,它主要由扩径磨铣块、心轴锥体、径向弹簧和心轴组成。当锥形铣鞋磨铣通过后,扩径磨铣块开始磨铣套管变形部位。现场应用中,套变位置最小通径只有101 mm,使用扶正磨铣套管整形器磨铣整形后,再用2根101.6 mm套管通过,都是无卡阻显示,说明使用101.6 mm套管衬贴恢复油井工艺顺利实施完成。该工具的成功应用为套损井治理恢复开辟了新的途径。The original casing mandrel easily causes casing damage in the process of casing repair and milling and leads to casing windowing. In addition its hydraulic shaping force is not sufficient and thus there is a very low success rate for casing repair. Therefore, the centralizing and milling casing mandrel was developed. The key part of the tool is the hole enlargement milling part： It mainly consists of hole enlargement milling block, spindle cone, ra- dial spring and spindle. When the conical mill shoe mills and passes, the block begins to mill the deformation posi- tion of casing. In the field application, the minimum diameter of casing deformation position is only 101 mm. The centralizing and milling casing mandrel is used to conduct milling and shaping. Then, two ~101.6 mm casings are used to pass. There is no blockage. This indicates the technology is successful. The application of the tool provides a new way for the treatment of casing damage wells.
