摘 要:在深水环境下实施定向套管钻井技术时,套管很少能与井口头尺寸相匹配,做相应改造又大大增加钻井成本。而新型导向尾管钻井技术无需对钻机和防喷器进行改造,在尾管钻井的同时实现旋转导向,系统可承受大钻压及高扭矩,并可进行BHA更换操作而不用起出尾管,提高了施工作业效率,为深水钻井作业、部分老井加深、深井延伸困难等问题提供了一种有效的解决方案,也为套管钻井技术的大规模应用奠定了基础。现场应用结果表明,导向尾管钻井激素的机械钻速与常规钻井速度相当,导向效果令人满意。Simple casing drilling technology can only conduct straight well drilling. Moreover, bottomhole assem- bly (BHA) is unrecyclable. Therefore, guide casing drilling technology was developed. The guide casing drilling system consists of external pipe ( liner), internal pipe, motor drive part and guide BHA. Compared with directional casing drilling technology, the neotype guide liner drilling technology does not need to renovate drilling rig and blowout preventer in deepwater drilling, thus improving construction efficiency. It provides an effective solution to such problems as deepwater drilling operation, deepening of some old wells and extension of deep wells. It also lays the foundation for large-scale application of casing drilling technology. The field application shows that its rate of penetration (ROP) is roughly equivalent to that of the conventional drilling. The guiding effect is desirable.
