摘　　要：通过对压力传感器中导电弹簧在使用过程中发生断裂情况,使用扫描电镜分析导电弹簧断口及成分,找出导电弹簧断裂失效的原因。并且从技术上提出相应的改进措施方案,提高导电弹簧的强度,有效预防压力传感器中导电弹簧在使用过程中发生断裂,大大提高产品的综合使用性能。Based on the pressure sensor conductive spring broken in use,its fracture and composition is analyzed by scanning electron microscope and its failure reason is also forrd.Thus,the technical improvement measures are proposed,so the conductive spring strength is inereased,and the eteere of pressure sensor conductive spring in useis effectirely prevented.Also,the comprehensive application performance of the the product is greatly improred.
