新型倒焰窑的开发及其在矾土煅烧中的应用

摘　　要：开发了一种采用高温空气燃烧技术的新型倒焰窑。与传统倒焰窑比较,新型窑炉具有升温快速,控温容易,操作方便的特点。采用该新型窑炉生产均化矾土熟料能耗显著降低,产品质量一致性显著提高。并且为铝矾土煅烧窑炉的改进提供了新思路。A new down draft kiln using high temperature air combustion technology has been developed.The new kiln has good properties such as： fast temperature rising, easy to control temperature, easy to operate compared to traditional down draft kiln. Producing homogenized bauxite grog in the new down draft kiln, energy consumes less and consistency of products quality significantly improve. Sequentially, it provides a new idea for improving the Calcining bauxite kilns.
