摘　　要：目的分析前列腺炎的病原学.方法 经B超和前列腺液实验检查拟诊为前列腺炎者129例作为实验组,42人检查正常者为对照组.两组病人均做UU培养和CT金标检验.结果 实验组UU感染率27.9%,CT为13.9%,UU+CT为8.5%;对照组相对应感染率分别为4.76%,2.38%,0.两组有显著性差异.结论 部分前列腺炎尤其慢性前列腺炎可由UU或CT感染引起.ve To analyse the etiology of prostatitis. Methods 129 cases of prostatitis diagnosed by B-usand experiments were selected as test group, 42 cases of normal subjects served as control group. UU culture and CT goldlabel method were used for both groups. Results The infectious rate of UU was 27. 9%, of CT was 13. 9%,of UU + CTwas 8.5% in test group; while 4.76%, 2. 38%, 0 in control group correspondingly, showing significant difference.Conclusion Some of prostatitis,especial chronic prostatitis may be caused by UU or/and CT.
