摘 要:分别采用回流法和水热合成法制备了铁酸钴(CoFe2O4)磁流体和5A沸石,再将二者复合制成CoFe2O4载量不同的磁性5A沸石,然后利用离子交换法制备Ag+载量不同的磁性银型5A沸石,接着与有机抗菌剂复合生成磁性Ag+/有机5A沸石复合抗菌剂,对其形貌、粒度、磁性能、抗菌性能及用于含菌废水处理后的磁分离回收性能进行了研究。结果表明,CoFe2O4的晶粒尺寸为12.7nm,性能稳定,具良好的超顺磁性;5A沸石多为完整的立方体晶形,纳米级CoFe2O4附着在5A沸石表面,磁性5A沸石具有超顺磁性,当铁酸钴的载量为25%时,磁性5A沸石的饱和磁化强度Ms为17.842A·m2/kg,剩余磁化强度Mr为4.8257A.m2/kg,矫顽力Hci为0.427T;当Ag+的吸附量达到271.71mg/g,有机抗菌剂添加量达到3.5%时,复合抗菌剂对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抗菌率分别为99.02%和99.17%;磁性银型5A沸石用于含菌废水处理后,利用磁分离技术极易将悬浮液中的抗菌剂进行回收,当CoFe2O4载量为25%时,磁性5A沸石复合抗菌剂的磁分离回收率达到96.14%。CoFe2O4 magnetic fluid and zeolite 5A which were prepared respectively by reflux method and hydrothermal synthesis,which were combined to produce a magnetic zeolite 5A with the different weight ratio of CoFe2O4,and then magnetic zeolite 5A were used to produce the magnetic silver type zeolite 5A by the ion exchange method.At last,the magnetic silver type zeolite 5A combined with the organic antibacterial agent was to produce magnetic Ag+/organic zeolite 5A composite antibacterial agent,which was characterized by the morphology,the size,the magnetic properties,the antibacterial properties,the magnetic separation recovery performance after dealing with the wastewater contained bacteria in the test.The results show that the granularity of CoFe2O4 was 12.7nm.CoFe2O4 has stable property and super paramagnetism.The zeolite 5A have cube crystal completely.The nanometer CoFe2O4 attached on the surface of zeolite 5A,magnetic zeolite 5A have super paramagnetism.The staturation magnetization(Ms),remanence magnetization(Mr) and coercive force(Hci) of magnetic zeolite 5A with CoFe2O4 contents of 25% were 17.842,4.8257A·m2/kg),0.427T,respectively.Antibacterial ratio of composite antibacterial agent to staphylococcus aureus and escherichia coli were 99.02% and 99.17% when the adsoption content of Ag+ reaches 271.71mg/g and the addition of organic antibacterial agent reaches 3.5%,respectively;the antibacterial agent can be recoveried from suspension with magnetic separation technology after the magnetic zeolite 5A was used to deal with wastewater contained bacteria.As the content of CoFe2O4 was 25%,the magnetic separation recovery rates of magnetic zeolite 5A composite antibacterial agent is 96.14%.
