摘  要:合成了一种新型长碳链氨基硅油,研究了其织物整理功效。以羧十一烷基甲基硅油和乙二胺为原料,通过脱水缩合、环化反应合成了侧链端基含咪唑环的长链氨烷基甲基硅油。将此硅油乳化配成不同浓度的整理剂,用于棉织物整理并研究其整理功效。结果表明,整理后的棉织物具有良好的回弹性和柔软性以及丰满的手感,当整理剂浓度为60 g/L时,经纬向的弯曲刚度(B)分别降低到0.0513 N.cm2/cm和0.0310 N.cm2/cm,织物压缩比功(WC)高达0.198N.cm/cm2,且经10次水洗后仍比空白织物高40.3%,耐久性优异。The long-chain amino silicone oil was synthesized and its finishing effect was researched.The desired product of long-chain amino alkyl methyl silicone oil with imidazole ring in side chain was obtained using carboxyl undecyl methyl silicone oil and ethylenediamine by dehydration condensation and cyclization reaction.The silicone oil emulsion was configured to finishing agent of different concentration used for cotton fabric finishing,and the application performance was researched.The results show that the cotton fabric treated with the silicone oil represents better resilience,softness and chubbiness handle.The warp and weft directions of bending rigidity B drop to 0.0513 N·cm2/cm and 0.0310 N·cm2/cm respectively,compressive strength WC rises up to 0.198 N·cm/cm2 when the concentration of finishing agent rises up to 60g/L.The cotton fabric treated with the silicone oil can afford good feel and durability with the compressive strength WC ascends 40.3% after washed 10 times.
