摘 要:为改善聚碳酸酯的加工性能,以原子转移自由基聚合(ATRP)合成的四臂星形支化聚苯乙烯(SBPS)为改性剂,制备了聚碳酸酯(PC)与SBPS的共混物,并与线性聚苯乙烯(LPS)与PC的共混物进行了对比。通过旋转流变仪、万能电子试验机、冲击试验机和差示扫描量热仪,研究了PC/SBPS和PC/LPS共混物的流变性能、力学性能和热性能。结果表明,在PC中加入质量分数为0.1%和0.4%的SBPS后,可使PC的熔体黏度最多降低40.1%、54.9%,显著改善了PC的加工流动性,同时相对基体材料而言,PC/SBPS共混物的拉伸强度和玻璃化转变温度基本保持不变,冲击强度和断裂伸长保留率可以达到90%以上,表现出良好的综合改性效果;而PC/LPS共混物的熔体黏度最多只降低了13.2%,力学性能和热性能基本保持不变。Star branched polystyrene(SBPS) which was synthesized by atom transfer radical polymerization(ATRP),was blended with polycarbonate(PC) to modify the processability of PC.As comparison,linear polystyrene(LPS) was also blended with PC.The rheological properties,mechanical and thermal properties of the PC/SBPS and PC/LPS blends were studied by rotational rheometer,universal test,impact test and differential scanning calorimeter.The results indicate that with the addition of 0.1% and 0.4% SBPS into PC,the viscosity of PC/SBPS blends is reduced by 40.1% and 54.9% at most,respectively,while the tensile strength,thermal mechanical properties and glass transition temperature of the blends are almost the same as those of pure PC,and there were a little sacrifice in impact strength and elongation at break compared to PC,but the retention rate of impact strength and elongation at break are both above 90%.However,the viscosity of PC/LPS blends is only reduced by 13.2% at most,mechanical and thermal properties of PC/LPS blends remain unchanged.
