摘 要:为整合应急条件必需的供水企业软硬件设施,提高供水管网综合管理和服务水平,加强处置供水行业突发事故的能力,提出了苏州市供水管网联合应急调度平台的构建。在平台构建过程中,首先从区域联网供水模型的构建与校验、监测设施的优化布置、多区域管网应急调度分析方面进行研究;然后通过采购与研发平台模拟软件、布置现场测试仪器与设备,编制应急调度平台指南等,形成了苏州市供水管网联合应急调度平台。In order to integrate software and hardware facilities for emergency response, improve management and service levels of water distribution systems, and strengthen the treatment capacity of unexpected accidents, building of joint emergency response platform for Suzhou water distribution systems was put forward. In the building process of the platform, the building and verification of regional water distribution system model, optimal layout of monitoring facilities and emergency response technologies of regional water distribution systems were studied. A joint emergency response platform for Suzhou water distribution systems was built by purchasing and developing the platform simulation software, installing field monitoring instruments and preparing the emergency response platform guide.
