摘　　要：安国药材产业集群的发展得到了国家及当地政府的大力支持,但也面临着来自国内外的巨大竞争压力。把迈克尔·波特的钻石模型引入安国药材产业集群的分析中,从生产要素、需求条件、企业战略和企业结构及与同业竞争、相关与支持性产业四个主要方面分析安国药材产业集群发展中存在的问题并提出对策建议,以提高产业集群的竞争力。Anguo traditional Chinese medicine industry cluster has been supported by national and local governments, but it faces the enormous competitive pressure from home and abroad. Michael Porter＇s diamond model is introduced to analyze Anguo traditional Chinese medicine industry cluster to find problems existing from production factors, demand conditions, corporate strategy and structure with the same industry, related and supporting industries. Then, the related suggestions are put forward to improve the competitiveness of the industry cluster.
