洁净手术室中一次性吸引器头的细菌监测与研究

摘　　要：目的探讨在洁净手术室中使用的一次性吸引器头细菌污染情况。方法选择80台I类无菌手术中使用的一次性吸引器头,按照术中是否持续暴露在空气中分为A组(n=42)和B组(n=38),A组中使用的吸引器头持续暴露在空气中,B组中使用的吸引器头只有在需要时取出,不需要时放入切口边上的无菌布袋中,在关闭切口前对吸引器头尖端进行细菌培养并鉴别。结果A组细菌培养阳性率明显高于B组(P<0.05),差异有显著意义;在阳性结果中,共分离出6种细菌,一次性吸引器头的细菌污染率与其是否持续暴露在空气中有关,两者相关系数r=0.25。结论为了避免吸引器头引起的感染,建议在手术过程中准备无菌布袋,当不需要使用时可放入无菌布袋中,减少暴露在空气中的机会。Objective To investigate the bacterial contamination of disposable suction tip in the cleaning operating theatre. Method 80 grade I sterilizing operations were selected and divided into two groups according to exposed to air or not. Group A （n=42） was continuously exposed to the air, group B （n=38）was not continuously exposed to the air. Suction tips were sent for bacterial culture before closing incision. Result 10 samples were positive for bacte- rial contamination from group A, 2 for B group. The positive rate from group A is higher than group B, （P~ 0.05）. There were six organism types in these positive cultures, 15.0% yielded staphylococcus aureus, 35.0% co- agulase-negative staphylococci, 15.0% Staphylococcus epidermidis, 10.0% Escherichia coli, 20.0% Diphtheroids and 5.0% Enterococci. Conclusion The disposable suction tip may be a potential source of infection. For avoid con- tamination, It suggest that scrub nurse should prepare a sterilizing bag for suction tip.
