摘　　要：党的群众路线是一个科学的理论体系。在群众路线中,人民群众始终居于主体地位,党始终发挥着关键作用。具体表现为人民群众是党工作和服务的主体,是党依靠和信赖的主体,是认识和实践的主体;而贯彻群众路线的关键在党。重温党的群众路线,开展党的群众路线教育实践活动,务必全面把握这个理论体系,突出群众的主体地位,发挥党的关键作用,密切党群干群关系,做好新时期下党的群众工作。The mass line of the Party is a scientific theoretical system. In the mass line, the people are always in the main position, and the Party has always played a key role. The specific performance is that the masses are the subject of the Party＇ s work and service, of the Party＇ s trust and dependence, and of cognition and practice. The key to carry out the mass line lies in the Party. Reviewing the mass line of the party, and carrying out education practice of the mass line of the party must grasp the theory system, highlight the main body status of the masses, play a key role of the party, close Party-masses relationship and do well the mass work of the Party in the new period.
