甘利欣并用蝮蛇抗栓酶治疗肾综合征出血热疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 :探索甘利欣、蝮蛇抗栓酶对肾综合征出血热的疗效。方法 :应用甘利欣、蝮蛇抗栓酶治疗肾综合征出血热 80例 ,与对照组 80例进行疗效观察。结果 :治疗组越低血压期为 92 .5 % ,越少尿期为 95 % ,直接由发热期进入多尿期为97.5 % ,而对照组则分别为 75 %、5 8%、40 %。两组相比差异极显著 ( P分别为 <0 .0 5、<0 .0 5、<0 .0 1)。结论 :应用甘利欣、蝮蛇抗栓酶治疗肾综合征出血热具有退热快、越期率高、并发症少、预防Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of diammonium glycyrrhizinate combining with ahylysantinfarctase for treetment of renal hemorrhagic fever syndrome(HFRS).Method:Eighty patients with HFRS were treated with diammonium glycyrrhizinate(40ml/d) combining with ahylysantinfarctase (0.5u/d),and the effectiveness was compared with that of the control group with the same size.Results:Of the patients in the treatment group,92.5% wentover the hypotension stage,95% wentover the oliguria stage and 97.5% became diureses directly from fever stage;the percentages were significantly higher than that of the control group,i,e.,75%,58% and 40% with a P<005,<0.05 and <0.01,respectively.Conclusion: The results indicate that combination of diammonium glycyrrhizinate and ahylysantinfarctase for treatment of HFRS has a fast relief of fever,high rate of stagegoover,less events of complications and can improve renal microcirculation,and prevent development of DIC.
