氦氖激光并调制中频电结合康复护理干预治疗脑卒中后肩手综合征的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨有效地治疗脑卒中后肩手综合征的方法。方法:将80例脑卒中后肩手综合征患者分为实验组(40例)和对照组(40例),对照组采用常规康复护理干预,实验组在常规康复护理干预的基础上采用氦氖激光加调制中频电治疗,分析两组疗效。结果:两组患者在患侧上肢FMA评分、VAS评分及BI较治疗前均有改善(P<0.05),且实验组的各项指标评分均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:氦氖激光并调制中频电疗结合康复护理干预治疗脑卒中后肩手综合征效果佳,值得临床推广。Objective：To explore the effective method for the treatment of shoulder hand syndrome after stroke. Methods 80 patients with shoulder hand syndrome after stroke were divided into experimental group （40 cases） and control group （40 cases） and control group using conventional rehabilitation nursing intervention, the experimental group in conventional rehabilitation nursing intervention on the basis of using he - ne laser modulated medium frequency electric therapy, analyze curative effect of two groups. Results Two groups of patients at risk of upper extremities FMA score, VAS score and BI before treatment were improved （ p 〈 0.05）, and the indicators of the experimental group score were significantly better than control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion He - ne laser and modulated medium frequency electrotherapy combined with rehabilitation nursing intervention in the treatment of shoulder hand syndrome after stroke effect, worth clinical promotion.
