摘　　要：目的:探讨放射性125I粒子植入并护理干预对中晚期肺癌的疗效影响。方法:对58例中晚期肺癌患者植入放射性125I粒子并进行系统护理干预。结果:所有患者均按计划顺利地完成治疗,58例患者中完全缓解(CR)12例,部分缓解(PR)35例,总有效率(CR+PR)81.03%(47/58)。结论:做好护理干预、熟练掌握125I粒子规范防护的流程是粒子植入术成功的关键,既有效预防术后肿瘤复发又能保障护理防护安全。Objective： To investigate the effects of 125I radioactive particles implantation and the curative effect of nursing intervention for locally advanced lung cancer. Methods： 58 cases of middle - late stage lung cancer patients implanted radioactive 125I particles and systematic nm,sing intervention. Results： All patients were successfully completed as planned, 58 patients in complete remission {CR） in 12 cases, partial response {PR） 35 cases, total effective rate （CR ＋ PR） was 81.03% （47/58）. Conclusion： Nursing intervention and masteringlzs I particle specification protective processes is a key to the success of particle implantation, is effective in preventing post- operative tumor recurrence and guarantee nursing safety protection.
