摘 要:目的:评价EGF 61A/G基因多态性与黑色素瘤的相关性。方法:全面检索CNKI、CMCI、CBMDISC、VIP、EMBASE、PubMed、GoogleScholar、Web ofScience数据库,收集EGF 61A/G基因多态性与黑色素瘤相关性的文献。用Meta分析方法评价EGF 61A/G各基因型分布在黑色素瘤组与对照组中是否有差异。结果:共纳入6篇文献,共有黑色素瘤患者2175例,健康对照3952例。Meta分析未发现EGF 61A/G基因多态性与黑色素瘤具有相关性。结论:本研究未鉴定出EGF 61A/G基因多态性与黑色素瘤的相关性。Objective:To evaluate the correlation between epiderrnal growth factor( EGF 61A/G) gene polymorhism anti melanoma susceptibility. Methcxts We searched CNKI,CMCI,CBMDISC, VIP , EMBASE, PubMed, Google Scholar, Web of Science database and collected all the publications about the correlation between FGF 61A/G polymoprphism and melanoma susceptibility, Meta analysis was performed for assessing the difference of EGF 61A/G genotype distribution hetween two groups (melanoma group anti control group). Results A total of 6 studies involving 2175 melanoma palienls and 3952 healthy controls were included. The meta analysis showed that, there was no significant correlation between EGF 61A/G gene polymorphism and melanoma susceptibility. Conclusion This recta analysis didn't demonstrate the correlation between EGF 61A/G gene polymorphismand melanoma .susceptibility.
