摘 要:鉴于消弧线圈的作用和主导特征频带的差异,为解决谐振接地电网单相接地故障选线不准确的问题,在详细分析谐振电网暂态零序电流特征后,提出了一种新的改进能量的选线方法。将各馈线暂态零序电流导入MATLAB,取故障后零序电流1/4工频周期短窗数据计算短窗能量,以馈线长度为基准,对其进行改进计算,比较各馈线改进后能量进行选线。采用EMTP进行大量仿真,结果表明该方法具有较高的选线裕度,不受故障合闸角、故障距离、过渡电阻、电弧及系统运行方式等因素的影响,与现有的经典能量选线法相比更加快速和准确。In view of arc suppression coil effect and dominant characteristic band difference, to solve alignment inaccuration problem of single-phase ground fault in resonant grounding power distribution system, with detail analysis of transient zero-se- quence current in resonant grounding power distribution system characteristics, improved energy to alignment as a new method is proposed. Using transient zero-sequence current of feeders into MATLAB, and 1/4 of frequency cycle short window data is used to calculate short window energy. Then the short window energy is improved based on feeders' length. After comparing the improved energy by feeders, alignment is determined with principle of maximum wavelet packet energy of the improved fault line. A large number EMTP simulation results show that the method has a high detect line margin and is not affected by fault closing angle, fault distance, transition resistance, arc, system operating mode and other factors. Compared to classical ener- gy alignment method, it is more rapid and accurate.
