水稻三系不育系绵香8A的选育与应用

摘　　要：绵香8A是以绵5A为母本、宜香1B∥Ⅱ-32B/绵2B杂交后代优良单株为父本测交,并经多代择优回交转育而成的香稻三系不育系。该不育系花粉败育彻底、农艺性状优良、可恢复性好、配合力强,于2008年8月通过四川省农作物品种审定委员会组织的田间技术鉴定。绵香8A配组育成的绵优8113(绵香8A/THR113)于2010年通过云南省农作物品种审定,国豪国香11号(绵香8A/绵恢9939)于2011年通过安徽省农作物品种审定。Mianxiang 8A, derived from the testcross between Mian 5A and selected plants of （Yixiang 1Bff H-32B /Mian 2B）F2 followed by successive baekcrossing over years, is a new aromatic CMS line in rice developed by Mi- anyang Agricultural Research Institute. It shows stable complete male sterility, good agronomic characters, good re- storability and high combining ability. It was technically identified in Sichuan Province in 2008. The hybrid Miany- ou 8113（ Mianxiang 8A/THRll3 ） was registered and released for commercial production by Yunnan Provincial Crop Variety Appraisal Committee in 2010, and the hybrid Guohaoguoxiang 11 （Mianxiang 8A/Miauhui 9939） by Anhui Provincial Crop Variety Appraisal Committee in 2011.
