摘 要:从24对水稻SSR引物中筛选到12对引物在超级杂交稻桂两优2号的亲本间有多态性。选用互补带型特征最明显的引物RM17对桂两优2号的4批种子进行了纯度鉴定,并与田间种植纯度鉴定结果进行了比较分析。结果表明用SSR标记RM17检测到桂两优2号4批种子纯度变幅为97.0%~97.4%,分别比对应种子批的田间种植鉴定纯度高0.1~0.4个百分点;SSR标记鉴定和田间种植鉴定均检测到5种相同类型杂株,其中田间种植农艺性状相似、生育期长3 d的变异株,SSR检测表现为正常的父母本互补带型,这是SSR鉴定纯度略高于田间鉴定纯度的主要原因。Among 24 selected SSR molecular markers, 12 markers showed polymorphism between the parents of Guiliangyou 2, a super hybrid rice variety. RM 17, the SSR marker with distinctest complementary band, was cho- sen to test the purity of four batches of hybrid seed of Guiliangyou 2, and the test results were compared with those identified in field conditions as usual. When tested by the SSR marker, the purity of 4 batches of Guiliangyou 2 seed was 97.0% - 97.4%, 0.1 - 0.4 percentage points higher than that identified in field conditions. The same five types of off- type plants were found by both SSR marker identification and field identification. However, the variants with similar plant morphology but matured in 3 days more identified in field conditions showed the same complementary bands as those of normal plants of Guiliangyou 2, which is the main reason why the seed purity of the SSR marker identification is a little bit higher than that of field identification.
