摘 要:研究了用氯盐电解液体系从提钒尾渣经电弧炉冶炼得到的含镓生铁中回收镓铁,考察了Fe2+质量浓度、电流密度、NH4Cl质量浓度和pH对镓回收率的影响。试验结果表明:在电流密度200A/m2、Fe2+质量浓度50g/L、电解液pH=4、NH4Cl质量浓度100g/L条件下,镓回收率在85%以上,铁回收率在70%以上。Recovery of gallium and iron from gallium-containing pig iron obtained by electric arc furnace smelting of vanadium-extraction tailings has been studied in chlorine salt electrolyte system. The effect of Fe2+ concentration, current density, NH4C1 concentration and electrolyte pH on gallium recovery were examined. The results showed that under the following experimental conditions of currentdensity of 200 A/m2, Fe2+ concentration of 50 g/L, electrolyte pH of 4 and NH4 C1 concentration of 100 g/L, recovery rate of gallium was more than 85% ,and recovery rate of iron was more than 70%.
