摘  要:针对某药筒底火孔的孔径检测精度和速度要求,采用CMOS相机、光学镜头、计算机及LabVIEW软件等搭建了一套机器视觉系统,采用中值滤波、单阈值分割、闭运算、圆弧拟合等算法,设计了一个针对小孔径的检测方法.经对比实验表明,系统的最大重复性测量误差约为0.4%,测量精度约为4μm.系统对两孔的测量精度都小于5‰,远小于实际测量要求的1%;其测量速度约为5 s,达到了工程测量对测量精度和速度的要求.A machine vision system was built by using CMOS cameras, optical lenses, computer and Lab- VIEW software in order to meet the detect accuracy and speed for a cartridge trigger hole diameter. Median filtering, single threshold segmentation, closing operation, and the arc fitting algorithms were adopted to de- sign a micropore detection method. The comparative experiments show that, the system maximum repeat- ability measurement error is about 0.4 %, the measurement accuracy is about 4/,m, the accuracy of two holes is less than 5 %o which is far less than the actual measurement requirements 1%, and the measurement speed is about 5 s. The results reached the measurement accuracy and speed requirements.
