我国营利性大学发展的必要性与可行性分析

摘　　要：营利性高等教育在全球的兴起和发展,被丹尼尔.列维教授称为私立高等教育的第三波浪潮。从20世纪90年代起,我国开始出现了以营利为目的的教育组织形式,对它的进一步规范和支持将有助于扩大教育机会、开拓资金渠道和激发办学活力。目前,作为竞争性教育生产单位的营利性大学在我国已经具备了发展的理论基础与现实条件,有能力向社会提供优质教育服务和产品。The growth of for-profit higher education worldwide is called as the third wave in non-governmental higher education by Professor Daniel C. Levy. Since 1990s, for-profit educational organizations have begun to appear in China. Further regulation and support of for-profit universities will help enlarge educational opportunities, increase capital sources and stimulate university vitality. As the competitive educational production unit, for-profit universities have gained the theoretical and realistic develop- ment foundation in China, and are able to provide excellent educational products and service.
