摘  要:目的了解30Gyγ射线辐照后血液内红细胞溶血率、细胞外K+和Na+、红细胞ATP在保存期内不同时间段的变化。从而为辐照血的保存和临床输注提供依据。方法应用化学方法检测辐照前后保存期的当天、第7天、第14天、第21天、第28天、第35天血液中的游离血红蛋白、K+、Na+及ATP含量。结果当血液辐照后,在血液保存期内随着保存时间的增长,游离血红蛋白和K+浓度也不断增高,尤其K+浓度增高迅速,而Na+及ATP含量却降低。结论经30Gyγ射线辐照后血液在保存期内,随着保存时间的延长红细胞溶血率、细胞外K+和Na+、红细胞ATP变化明显,因此,供血机构和用血机构应根据辐照后血液相关成分的变化对保存时间和应用时间进行选择。Objective:To learn the transformation of Erythrocyte hemolysis rate of blood, extracellular K + and Na + , ATP inside erythrocyte after 30Gy γ-ray irradiation in different time periods during the preservation. Provide the basis for the preservation of irradiation blood and clinical infusion. Methods: The application of chemical methods to detect free hemoglobin, K +, Na + and ATP content in the blood before and after irradiated shelf life day, 7 th days, 14th days, 21 th days, 28 th days and 35 th days . Results: When blood irradiation, free hemoglobin and K +concentration constantly increased, especially K -- concentration increased rapidly but the Na -- and ATP content is decreased with the growth of the retention time in the blood preservation period. Conclusion: After 30Gy γ-ray irradiation, red blood cell hemolysis rate, extracellular K -- and Na +, the erythrocyte ATP changed significantly in blood with the storage time being length in the preservation period,Therefore, the blood supply to the institutions and the use of blood agencies should select save time and application time be based on the post--irradiation blood--related componentschanges.
