突发性难治性耳聋临床治疗效果及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的：分析探讨突发性难治性耳聋临床治疗效果及安全性。方法：随机抽取我院在2010年11月-2012年11月期间收治的42例突发性难治性耳聋患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，根据不同的治疗方法，将患者分为两组，对照组和观察组，对照组采用强的松治疗，观察组采用前列地尔治疗，针对两种治疗方法治疗突发性难治性耳聋临床效果及安全性进行综合分析。结果：对照组治疗总有效率为61．9％，观察组治疗总有效率为90．0％，观察组治疗效果明显优于对照组，差异显著，具有统计意义，即P〈0．05。结论：采用前列地尔治疗突发性难治性耳聋，临床效果良好，用药安全Ⅲ，值得临床推广与应用。Objective：analysis on curative effect of sudden deafness a clinical refractory and safety. Results：total effective rate control group treatment for 61.9 %, observer group therapy total effective rate of 90%, observation of treatment effect is superior to control groups, significant difference, statistically, that is P〈0.05. Conclusion： the treatment of sudden deafness with alprostadil, good clinical effects, drug safety, and clinical application and dissemination.
