软骨和组织工程人工真皮在鼻尖整形手术中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的：探讨软骨和组织工程人工真皮在鼻尖整形手术中的应用效果。方法：选取2009年8月-2012年9月期间，采用软骨和组织工程人工真皮实施鼻尖整形手术者50例，将其作为观察组，再选取同时期内采用硅胶假体实施鼻尖整形手术者50例，将其作为对照组，术后比较两组手术者的整形效果，并跟踪随访6个月，调查两组整形者的并发症情况。结果：观察组手术者的整形效果明显好于对照组，术后6个月，两组整形者均未出现并发症。结论：软骨和组织工程人工真皮在鼻尖整形手术中具有良好的应用效果，值得推广。Objective： To explore the application of tissue engineering cartilage and artificial dermis in rhinoplasty operation. Methods; from 2009 August 2012 year in September period, 50 patients with cartilage and tissue engineering artificial dermis implementation of rhinoplasty operation, as the observation group, and then select the same period in the implementation of the silicone prosthesis rhinoplasty operation in 50 cases, as control group, compared two groups of patients after operation of the shaping effect, and followed up for 6 months, complications of two groups of survey of plastic. Results： in the observation group, the plastic operation was better than the control group, 6 months after operation, and there were no complications of two groups of shaping. Conclusion： the cartilage and tissue engineering artificial dermis has good application effect in rhinoplasty operation, worthy of promotion.
