美宝治疗成人面颈部烧伤的临床分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨MEBO治疗面颈部烧伤的疗效，为临床提供可靠依据。方法：对2012元月-2013年元月收治的75例面颈部烧伤的成人患者采用MEBO换药治疗，总结分析临床效果。结果：75例患者全部愈合，治愈率100％；浅Ⅱ度患者无瘢痕形成，无明显色素沉着，深Ⅱ度患者中有10例有瘢痕形成，暗红色，高于皮肤表面，有轻度色素沉着。结论：MEBO治疗颜面部Ⅱ度烧伤创面，具有保护创面，引流坏死物，有效止痛，促进愈合，使用方便等特点，是理想的烧伤创面外用药物。Objective; To evaluate the efficacy of MEBO in treating faciocervieal burn, provide a reliable basis for clinical. Methods： a dult patients in 75 cases of faciocervical burn 2012 January - 2013 January treated by MEBO dressing treatment, summarize and analyze the clinical effect. Results..75 cases were healed, the cure rate was 100%; superficial II degree of patients without scar formation, no obvious pigmentation, 10 cases had scar formation, dark red, deep second degree patients, higher than the skin surface, have slight pigmentation. Conclusion： MEBO in treating facial burn wounds, with protection, drainage of necrotic material, effectively relieve pain, promote healing, use convenient wait for a characteristic, is the ideal drug for burn wound.
