摘　　要：目的：乳腺癌病人合并糖尿病的术后护理及健康教育在其整个综合治疗过程中起着非常重要的作用，通过加强饮食护理力度与规范和细致的术后护理与健康教育将有效地减少术后并发症的发生和患者的心理康复，有助于患侧上肢功能恢复和全身状况的改善，提高患者术后的生活质量，本文就日常工作中对乳腺癌合并糖尿病患者术后的护理工作中总结经验，术后的体位、糖尿病饮食、皮辩、引流管、患侧上肢肿胀、术后出血、患侧上肢功能锻炼、预防感染及并发症的观察，术后心理护理及相关健康知识宣教等方面经常出现的问题和需要注意的事项及处理办法进行分析、总结，力求摸索出一套更为规范和完善的术后护理和健康教育方案，为乳腺癌患者提供更为规范化和人性化的术后医疗服务，以提高患者术后预后和改善生活质量提供一些帮助。Objective.. breast cancer patients complicated with diabetes mellitus postoperative nursing and health education in the whole treatment process plays a very important role, by strengthening the diet nursing care intensity and standard and meticulous postoperative care and health educa- tion will effectively reduce the occurrence of complications and psychological rehabilitation of patients after operation, help the affected side the recovery of upper limb function and whole body condition improvement, improve quality of life of patients, the daily work of summing up the experience of nursing for patients with breast cancer combined with diabetes after, postoperative body position, diabetes diet, skin flap, drainage tube, upper limb swelling, bleeding, recovery of upper limb function exercise, to prevent infection and complications, postoperative psychological nursing and related health education and other common problems and matters which need attention and solution analysis, summary, and strive to explore a more standard and improve the postoperative nursing and health education program, for breast cancer patients to provide more specification humanized and postopera- tive care, to improve patients prognosis and improve the quality of life and provide some help.
