摘　　要：目的：探讨耳屏前S形切口颧弓骨折整复术的治疗效果。方法：对颧弓骨折的患者施行耳屏前S形切口颧弓骨折复位、钛钉钛板坚强内固定手术。结果：共对12例颧弓骨折的患者施行耳屏前S形切口颧弓骨折整复术，所有患者均取得良好效果，并发症的发生。结论：耳屏前S形切口颧弓骨折整复术可以在直视下使颧弓骨折做到解剖复位，钛钉钛板坚强内固定确切，切口瘢痕隐蔽，手术效果良好。Objective ：To approach the treatment effectiveness of reconstructive operation of zygomatic arch fracture with pretragal S-- shaped incision. Methods： We used pretragal S--shaped incision to reset zygomatic arch fracture and fix it with titan plate and nails. Results ：12 patients suffered zygomatic arch fracture received reconstructive operation of zygomatic arch fracture with pretragal S--shaped incision. All cases gained satisfied effects,and no complications happened. Conclusions ：The reconstructive operation of zygomatic arch fracture with pretragal S--shaped incision can get perfect surgical reduction and fixation. No complications happened after this operation.
